I would like to give two full, bouncy tits to Pornhub for changing their ‘Shemale’ category to ‘Transgender’. This is s step in the right direction!

This is a small rant about the available porn that is out there on the internet, on DVD’s and in magazines.
I like BdSm, but it seems to me that almost all porn has elements of humiliation, rape and degradation in it. It is almost expected to have the woman get called something such as ‘slut’ or ‘whore’ during the video, or have it in the title, especially on clip sites. They are forced into doing something in many videos or pictures that looks possibly dangerous, regardless of what they do or say to the person, or people, with them. This is not just a trend that is recent. It is a full-scale marketing norm that seems to be part of the everyday thought processes of those who produce the porn available to us.
Why do most of the strong women in fantasy porn, such as Lara Croft, have to be portrayed as being raped? There are few Amazon clips I have seen that do not have the women being overpowered and fucked senseless, just to be left in a pool of cum. The strong women are put into submissive positions, and a sense of Stockholm Syndrome comes across as they seem to relish their forced position.
Considering there are ‘women oriented’ films out there, I know there are more female porn watchers than just me. I will willingly watch anything from Candida Royale, but you cannot really find much more than that in more than a hit-or-miss way. Try finding it and it will most likely be called Chick-Clips or something similar. The classifications for the media out there is done by men, who are the predominant users of porn. But the use of degrading terms that turn most women off are what are used most. How can things be classified so that it is more accurate, and less degrading?
Does the inclusion of forceable sex make the newer, younger watchers expect that to be the norm for all sexual interactions? With the rape culture growing, is is the porn that is so very easily available what is pushing the mentality? From the well publicized rape and coverup from Steubenville or Notre Dame or any number of places almost every month for the last ten years, the only thing that can be concluded is that the men involved did not have the example of anything other than violence when they want to have sex.
The way women are treated online in other ways is also shameful. From Geek Girls being threatened with rape and murder for being who they are to the celebrities who are that just because they have fucked so many women they cannot keep track, the underlying theme is that women are there to be fucked, not taken seriously.
Don’t even get me started on ‘non-conforming aesthetics’ in the gender roles.
Hi! I am known by many names, but it the Adult world, I am Miss R. I have found that there are tones of Adult literature, pictures, videos… Just about any type of Porn you would like available at your fingertips.
Not all of it is good.
That is an understatement. Most of what I read, watch and, well, enjoy, has to be ferreted out of the crap that is out there. And I am not counting my own things over at the Leathermines. That is just too Meta for me.
I wanted a place that I could go to to be able to find the items I truly enjoy without having to fight pop-ups and shortened, add-enhanced clips. So, here we are. A journal of the things I find, both online and off, that will be a record of what I like, what I think of it, and if I would share that with others.
Welcome to Share-Tit.
